Governor Köşger Emphasized 'Unity and Solidarity' in Gürselpaşa

Governor Yavuz Selim Köşger visited Gürselpaşa District of Seyhan District. After the Friday prayer at the Eyüp Sultan Mosque in the neighborhood.

Governor Köşger met with the citizens at the Condolence House of the neighborhood and then visited the tradesmen serving in the neighborhood. Governor Köşger, who made a short speech at the meeting attended by Seyhan District Governor Ekrem İnci and representatives of public institutions and organizations; "Today, there is a condolence of our brother Muhammet Beytullah Yıldırım. At the same time, today is September 19, Veterans Day. We commemorate our veterans and martyrs who made these lands our homeland with mercy. On this occasion, we prayed for the souls of our veterans, martyrs and our son Muhammet Beytullah Yıldırım here today. We lost a young 12-year-old child. I wish God's mercy on our child, patience and fortitude to his relatives."

Stating that these lands are not easily our homeland and that the struggle on these lands continues, Governor Köşger said, "Problems continue in this geography. A brother in front of the mosque is expressing the pain inside him. We feel the same pain. So we are aware of the problems in the region. If we can live in peace, security and well-being on these lands, we owe it to our martyrs and veterans."

Governor Köşger said, "We have been visiting various neighborhoods of our province on Fridays for a long time and meeting with our citizens here. We are here today for this purpose. We are here to listen to the messages, demands and problems of our citizens residing in Gürselpaşa and its surrounding neighborhoods, if they have any problems. We are here with the highest officials at the head of all units representing our state in Adana. If you have wishes and wishes that you want to convey to us, we have come to listen. In these meetings, you speak, not us. We take note of your demands and expectations. If there are issues that our department supervisors here can solve immediately, they solve them. Efforts are being made to bring solutions to the issues said." 

 After his speech, Governor Köşger, who listened to the demands and expectations of our citizens from Adana, visited our tradesmen citizens operating in the neighborhood after the meeting he held with our citizens. During his visits to the tradesmen, Governor Köşger asked about the condition and well-being of our fellow tradesmen and thanked our fellow citizens for their interest and hospitality.
